About Hunter Inc.

Hunter Inc. began in 2003 with an idea and dilapidated duplex in Columbia Heights, Minnesota.

Since that time we have grown independently, accepting no outside investment dollars. Our portfolio now includes nearly 150,000 square feet of space including 70 commercial and 1 residential unit. 

Never forgetting where we came from, we have earned a reputation as an incubator of creative businesses, start-ups, and nonprofits.

We are proud to give new entities with fresh ideas the space to pursue their success.
